A Blog About Data Science and Reproducible Research

About this Blog

Welcome to my GitHub pages! Here you will find links to R coding tips, tutorials, and in-depth walk-throughs of the data science I am using in my current research collaborations. I hope this will be useful to others in at least two respects:

  1. For those interested in reproducing research that has been published, you will find the exact code that I used in my data analysis.

  2. For those learning to analyze data, you will find an instructive description of the “behind the scenes” minutiae that typically get glossed over in courses and journal articles.

My intended audience is other researchers, data practitioners, and advanced students, but each project begins with an overview that should be accessible to anyone who is interested enough to click on it.

About Me
